The Company, formerly known as Nicolas Cordonier SA, was founded in 1979 by Nicolas Cordonier, Civil & Cultural Engineer and Geometer.
In 1988, the company was joined by Gilles Rey, and appears since then under the current name:
Nicolas Cordonier & Gilles Rey S.A., Bureau d’ingénieurs dipl. EPF / SIA, located in Sierre (Wallis).
The engineering office is managed by Nicolas Cordonier and Gilles Rey, with the assistance of a coordination committee. The office obtained a certification of quality ISO 9001 in 1996.
Today, the office has 18 employees and is active in the following domains:
· buildings
· industrial halls
· structures (bridges, tunnels)
Civil & Cultural Engineering
· hydraulic engin. (irrigation, water supply systems, hydraulic energy production)
· road systems (highways, main roads, agricultural roads)
· sport facilities, golf courses
Geometry
